Jimmy L. Verner, Jr., is one of the few Texas attorneys who is board certified in both family law and civil trial law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. A frequent author and speaker on family law subjects, Mr. Verner has presented programs to the Advanced Family Law Course of the State Bar of Texas, to numerous local bar associations and to professional groups throughout Texas. Mr. Verner is also admitted to practice law in New Mexico.
Mr. Verner primarily practices in the fields of appellate family law, complex family law litigation and civil litigation related to family law.
