Our firm prosecutes and defends a variety of family law appeals, including appeals from cases involving divorce, modification, termination, custody, visitation, child support, community and separate property, premarital and prenuptial agreements, and grandparent rights. Jimmy L. Verner, Jr., devotes most of his practice to family law appeals. Our appellate practice extends across Texas: Travel is no barrier to representation in an appeal because typically only one court appearance is necessary, to argue the appeal.
