When settlement talks fail, VernerBrumley, P.C., is prepared to go to trial. Each attorney in the firm participates in trial, as needed. The firm's three partners - Janet P. Brumley, Paul Brumley and Jimmy L. Verner, Jr. - are Board Certified in Family Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.  Jennifer S. Hargrave also is a seasoned trial lawyer, and Mr. Verner is Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
