Abby Foster joined Verner Brumley Mueller Parker in 2013 and currently serves as Immediate Past President of the Collin County Young Lawyers Association. Abby served as a member of the CCYLA Board of Directors since 2013 and is also a member of Collin County Women Lawyers Association. Abby is board-certified in family law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and has been recognized in Texas Super Lawyers Rising Stars list in both 2017 and 2018.
Abby’s legal practice is devoted exclusively to family law, specializing in high conflict divorce, custody cases, complex property issues, and pre-nuptial agreements. Abby has co-authored several publications, including one for the 31st Advanced Family Law Course for the State Bar of Texas. Abby is recognized for her excellence in professionalism, ethics, civility and legal skills as a member of The Curt B. Henderson American Inn of Court in Collin County.
Always looking to build strong relationships, Abby also serves as contact for North Texas School of Law working with incoming students.
Most recently, Abby was once again named by Texas Super Lawyers in their annual Rising Stars list.
A graduate of Texas Wesleyan School of Law, Abby and her family are proud to call Collin County home for the last ten years.
