About
One of the firm's founders, Emeritus Partner Jimmy L. Verner, Jr., became Board Certified in Family Law and in Civil Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. Mr. Verner held both board certifications for over thirty years.
A frequent author and speaker on family law subjects, Mr. Verner presented programs to the Advanced Family Law Course of the State Bar of Texas, to numerous local bar associations, and to professional groups throughout Texas.
Mr. Verner is a member of the prestigious Texas Bar College, an honorary society of lawyers who are among the best-trained attorneys in Texas. This elite group of lawyers, paralegals, and judges are leaders in the legal profession, having completed at least double the Continuing Legal Education (CLE) required by the State Bar of Texas.
