Before focusing his practice on family law, Attorney Mohan gained valuable experience in other competitive areas of the law such as litigation of a multimillion-dollar securities case against the Securities Exchange Commission, criminal litigation, immigration litigation, and general civil litigation. After transitioning into the full-time practice of family law, Attorney Mohan has handled and assisted in several complex and high net-worth family law matters. With his background, Attorney Mohan brings a complete skill set, understanding, and know-how to your family law matter.

Attorney Mohan attended, with scholarship, and graduated from Thomas Jefferson School of Law, while working full time. Alongside receiving high grade honors and volunteering as a teacher’s assistant for difficult courses, Attorney Mohan was a member of the award-winning Thomas Jefferson School of Law Mock Trial Team, and Delta Theta Phi.

After graduating from law school, Attorney Mohan obtained his California law license and began his practice of law. In 2018, Attorney Mohan and his wife, Emily-Ann, relocated to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he became licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania. Upon obtaining his Texas law license, Attorney Mohan will be licensed to practice law in three states. With this diverse background, Attorney Mohan understands his client’s needs.

In 2020, 2021, and 2022, Attorney Mohan was selected to the Super Lawyers Rising Star list which is an exclusive list of top-rated attorneys in specific practice areas who were chosen after thorough evaluation of numerous criteria.

Attorney Mohan is actively involved in his community and enjoys volunteering whenever possible. He enjoys hanging out with his wife and twins, going to the gym, and watching sports during his down time.
